Last updated: July 2026
This document summarizes the general terms of use. The official version prevails in case of dispute — available at legal@dynacom.com.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Dynacom Technologies Inc. software and services, you accept these terms of use.
2. License to use
Dynacom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software under the terms of your subscription contract.
3. Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the software. You may export it at any time.
In short: your data belongs to you — you can export it whenever you like.
4. Service availability
Dynacom strives to maintain 99.5% monthly availability (SaaS). Planned interruptions are announced 48 hours in advance.
5. Payment and termination
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dynacom's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months. However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for bodily or moral injury that cannot be excluded under the law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the District of Laval.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the Dynacom software, its source code, the Synergie® platform, its documentation and its trademarks remain the exclusive property of Dynacom Technologies Inc. No intellectual-property rights are transferred to the customer.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidential information exchanged in connection with the use of the service. The processing of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
10. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for a failure caused by a force-majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, public-infrastructure outage, governmental order, etc.). Deadlines and obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
11. Changes to terms
Dynacom may amend these terms. Material changes are communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
12. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Dynacom against any claim arising from use of the software in breach of these terms or applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
You agree to use Dynacom's software and services in accordance with applicable laws. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to others' systems or data, circumvent security measures, resell or redistribute the service without authorization, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful content. Any misuse may result in the suspension or termination of the service.
14. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to sites or content operated by third parties. These sites are independent of Dynacom: we have no control over them and accept no responsibility for their content, practices or privacy policies. You access them entirely at your own risk.
15. Language
The French version of these terms prevails in case of any divergence with a translation. The same applies to the content of this website.
