Common SMB questions
How many employees can I pay?
Unlimited. There is no per-employee surcharge — pay 5 people or 50 at the same monthly rate.
Can my accountant access the file remotely?
Yes, you can export a copy of your accounting to your accountant so they can make the adjusting entries, which you can then import back into your Dynacom Accounting software.
What if I already use QuickBooks or Sage?
Customers using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50 or Acomba can easily migrate to Dynacom Accounting. Data from QuickBooks Online and Sage can be imported using Excel files.
What happens when I outgrow 4 users?
Upgrade to Enterprise+ for unlimited users. Your data, configuration, custom fields, and reports all carry over — no re-implementation.
