What hardware is compatible with Le Caissier?
Our solution is optimized for Elo and HP touch screens. It supports Epson and Star thermal printers, APG cash drawers, and Honeywell or Zebra barcode scanners. We offer turnkey hardware bundles or can validate your existing equipment for compatibility.
What happens if my Internet connection goes down?
Le Caissier features a robust offline mode. You can continue to scan items and process sales without interruption. Data is stored securely on the local station and automatically syncs with your Dynacom accounting as soon as connectivity returns.
How does multi-store synchronization work?
All your locations are linked to a central cloud database. You can check stock levels at other stores in real time, perform inter-site inventory transfers, and view consolidated sales reports for your entire retail network from anywhere.
