We are looking for a first-rate collaborator who will have a good understanding of business needs, integrate them and translate them into functional specifications. Together with the Product Manager (PO) and the IT development team, you will be involved in defining strategies as well as in various implementations or deployments. Your role will be to participate in the design of Web solutions until they are implemented.

Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the developer has the main responsibility to develop the assigned projects in compliance with the standards in place by actively participating in the activities of the Scrum team. He participates in the execution (analysis, development and testing) of assigned projects of all kinds, in compliance with Scrum processes and defined by the Development Director if necessary. You will have to participate in all the Scrum ceremonial: planning, daily scrum, review, and retrospective, pre & post dev meeting.

Responsibilities :

• Actively collaborate with the SCRUM Master and the Product Owner on the various deliverables;

• Stay abreast of the latest technological trends;

• Work with a rigorous methodology and deliver a high quality product;

• Analyze and evaluate the relative complexity of the user stories of the Product Backlog;

• Participate in the analysis and architecture required for the development of tasks;

• Develop increments while ensuring that the definition of finish is respected;

• Develop unit tests according to the test driven development methodology (TDD);

• Communicate with peers about problems encountered in the project and seek their help if necessary;

• Participate, as needed, in the search for solutions to various problems raised by peers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or DEC in management informatics (programming option);

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-End developer;

• Excellent knowledge of web presentation technologies (Javascript, JQuery, JQuery, JQuery UI etc.)

• Excellent knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)

• Experience and strong skills in UX/UI design and development (C#, Razor, CSS, Material Design)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft development technologies (ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core);

• Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and IIS web servers;

• Proven experience in Front End performance optimization;

• Advantage: experience in Agile philosophy, more specifically the SCRUM method;

• Advantage: experience in using Kendo UI from Telerik.
