From your Dynacom software<\/h3>\n

After starting your Dynacom software, click the 911 button<\/strong> located at the top right of the Dynacom homepage.<\/p>\n

You will then be redirected to the Members section allowing you to create and submit a technical support ticket. From the screen below, complete your support request by specifying your problem.<\/p>\n

After sending your request, you will be able to move the call-back at a time more convenient to you using the following screen:<\/p>\n

A confirmation email will be sent to the address listed in your profile. This email will confirm that your service call has been placed with Dynacom Technical Support.<\/p>\n

If you can\u2019t access your Dynacom software, you can still get technical support through the Members section<\/a>. Click the link located at the top of this page to log into the Members section.<\/p>\n

If you have lost your connection credentials<\/h3>\n

If you lost your connection information to both your Dynacom software and the Members section, please contact a Dynacom representative. The callback time specified in your Preferential Service plan cannot, however, be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<\/div>
