From the moment you register your Dynacom product, we're there for you!

Your new product automatically entitles you to free technical support, to provide any help you may need to install your software and set up your application parameters effectively.

From then on, you can profit from any of a wide range of technical support plans:

  • Time-bank support: Pre-purchase support minutes* (in increments of 60, 180 or unlimited minutes) and bank them for a full year, ready for use whenever you have a need. And if it turns out the problem you encounter is our own, we’ll re-deposit the minutes you used to let us know about it!
  • Callback time: The Dynacom's Software Assurance offers 4 guaranteed callback time (8hrs – 5hrs – 3hrs – 1hr) according to your level of subscription.
  • Schedule a call: Subscribers of the Minimal, Bronze and Silver levels of the Software Assurance can be called back at their convenience using the free call scheduler. Certain conditions apply.
  • "À la carte" technical support: This technical support offer intented exclusively to the Minimal level Software Assurance subscribers allows them to benefit from a specific time bank according to their business needs.
  • Pay-per-incident: Phone, fax, or email us for up to 20 minutes of help and pay a flat fee for the service.
  • Live Help: When you call within your support plan, you can let our technical support technicians connect directly to your computer by Internet while you speak with them by phone! Electronically one-on-one, they can demonstrate clearly and securely what is occurring on your system. It’s a fast, effective, and friendly way to provide support.
  • Renewal before expiration benefits: Renew your technical support plan before its expiration date and benefit from a rebate on renewal plus you get to keep all your minutes in your time bank without service interruption!
  • Online services: As a subscriber of a Software Assurance plan (Mininal plan requires a separate support-plan), you’ll also have access to our online services directly from your application, providing you with services such as access to exchange rates in real time, postal codes, mapping, etc.

Note: a fax or email message is considered as a phone call and the time required will be deducted from your time-bank allotment.

Don’t let your support run out and we’ll reward you with more than the pleasure of uninterrupted service! Time-bank minutes and annual-plan early renewal fees are generously discounted and un-used time-bank-plan minutes are carried over to your new plan! Just be sure to renew your existing plan before you run out of minutes or reach your plan’s expiration date … and don’t worry, we’ll remind you when those situations are coming up!

Helpful Hints 

  • Have your software serial number on hand before you call!
  • Be sure that the latest service pack for your software has been installed!
  • Be aware that we support only the current and its previous version of your Dynacom Accounting software, unless otherwise noted.
  • Renew before your plan expires to save the administrative time and trouble of opening a new plan and we’ll thank you with a 35% rebate on your plan’s cost and the convenience of continuous service!
