Microsoft Internet Explorer
1. To start the download procedure, click the Download Now button above.
2. You will be asked to Save, Run, or Open the file.
3. Choose Run (IE 5.5 or below) or Open (IE 6).
4. The program will install automatically.
If the Download Fails: No problem. If your download is interrupted or aborted for any reason, just click the Download button again. The aborted fragment is harmless and can be ignored.
Mozilla Firefox
1. To start the download procedure, click on the Download button below.
2. You should save the setup.exe file on your workstation.
3. The download window that is displayed will keep you informed on the status of the download. Once the download has finished, click on the Open option to launch the automated installation procedure.
Netscape Communicator
1. You will be asked to save the file setup.exe. Save it to your DESKTOP.
2. When the download is finished, double-click the Dynacom installation icon on your desktop to install the program.
3. The program will install automatically.

Minimal system configuration
Pentium III, 500Mhz or higher, 128MB of RAM, 200MB of disk space, Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher, VGA monitor (resolution 800 X 600 or higher), laser or ink-jet printer.
Recommended system configuration
Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Internet access (Internet Explorer 6.01 SP1 or later), VGA monitor (resolution 1024 X 768 or higher), laser printer.
Recommended SQL Server configuration (local installation): Pentium III, 600Mhz or higher, 128 MB of RAM, 350MB of disk space, Microsoft Windows XP or higher, SuperVGA screen (resolution1024 X 768 or higher), Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or higher.
In order to use the Contact Manager, you must have Microsoft Office XP or 2003 and to use the Financial Statement Generator, you must have Microsoft Excel 2000 or higher.
Windows Installer 2.0 is an application and a management service required for the efficient installation and configuration of Dynacom Accounting.
According to Microsoft, certain operating systems and service packs already include Windows Installer 2.0 and thus, if you are running one of these, you do not need to update your system. All other Windows operating systems either do not ship with Windows Installer or ship with a previous version, which may not be fully compatible with Dynacom Accounting.
You can check for the existence of Windows Installer on your system easily by performing the following step:
Click Start, point to Run, enter msiexec and click OK. If Windows Installer is already installed on your system, a properties dialog will display showing you its version number.

Warning: Make sure to carefully read and follow the Microsoft download and requirements instructions regarding Windows Installer. Windows XP users do not have to install Windows Installer 2.0.
