The Purchases module

The Purchases module includes a set of comprehensive tools that helps you maintain effective business relations with your suppliers. Quickly consult each supplier file, the balances due and your purchase history in order to make new orders, send customized letters and pay off suppliers in no time. The General Ledger module lets you modify the GL account number without altering related data, view an account balance detail directly from the account maintenance screen, view transactions details from a closed fiscal year. This module also calculates current earnings and ensures the integrity of related customer and supplier records. The General Ledger module offers a flexible year-end procedure, and allows 6-digit account numbers. Finally, it displays your sales figures in the tax payment and tax refund screens.
   

The Inventory Module

The Inventory module includes a complete management system that allows you to closely follow the status of your inventory items through rigorous accounting of reception, shipping, returns, and adjustments of merchandise. This module also provides a wide range of detailed reports that can provide you with a clear picture of your inventory items at any time.

The Inventory module included with the SMB Edition of Dynacom Accounting offers the following features:

The Tools Module

The Inventory module included with Dynacom Acccounting SMB Edition delivers advanced management features such as the creation of kits and assemblies where the application automatically adjusts the items quantity on hand. A typical assembly would group a variety of parts used to manufacture an object and the manpower services required to build it while a typical kit would group a number of items that would be shipped and sold as one unit but would not require assembly as a unit.

The List of kit and assembly components report lets you know at all times the quantity required, the quantity on hand and the unit cost of each component of a kit or assembly.
   

Outlook Integration

With the new Outlook integration, Dynacom empowers the Dynacom Accounting users by providing new tools to leverage their customer relationships and to improve their overall businesses profitability. These new tools include a comprehensive contact manager that will help Dynacom users reach a higher level of efficiency in no time by facilitating workflow management.

The Outlook integration allows you to be more efficient by ensuring seamless communication with your Dynacom application. Besides from continuing using Outlook to manage and organize email messages, schedules and contacts, the Outlook integration allows you to update and transfer data from Outlook to your Dynacom application (and vice versa).
   

Payroll Direct Deposit

The Direct Deposit module allows you to automate payroll payments by depositing them directly in your employees' bank accounts, whether your financial institution or those of your employees be a bank or a credit union. Take a look at some of the direct deposit features:

Network Management
