The Purchases module

The Purchases module includes a set of comprehensive tools that helps you maintain effective business relations with your suppliers. Quickly consult each supplier file, the balances due and your purchase history in order to make new orders, send customized letters and pay off suppliers in no time.   • All the information you need is grouped on one screen for quick data entry

The General Ledger Module

The General Ledger module lets you modify the GL account number without altering related data, view an account balance detail directly from the account maintenance screen, view transactions details from a closed fiscal year. This module also calculates current earnings and ensures the integrity of related customer and supplier records. The General Ledger module offers a flexible year-end procedure, and allows 6-digit account numbers. Finally, it displays your sales figures in the tax payment and tax refund screens.
   

The Inventory Module

The Inventory module includes a complete management system that allows you to closely follow the status of your inventory items through rigorous accounting of reception, shipping, returns, and adjustments of merchandise. This module also provides a wide range of detailed reports that can provide you with a clear picture of your inventory items at any time.

The Project Module

The Projects module allows you to attribute related income and expenses to each of your projects in order to be able to determine their respective profitability. In this way, you can tell at a glance not only a project’s current income but also its projected income in relation to the development of the project. You will also be able to closely survey the budgetary accounts that are crucial to the cost of the projects.

With the Dynacom Accounting LITE Edition, it is also possible for each of your projects to estimate the projected expenses and anticipated income and compare these values with the actual income and expenses of your projects.

This LITE Edition also allows you to track your projects by using the Project Status and the Project Cost reports.
   

The Tools Module

The Tools module provides you with all the elements required to ensure management of your application and its users and to see to the protection and integrity of your data. This module includes an automatic software update wizard that can download and install updates as soon as they become available, a user maintenance to define who has access to what within your application, an accountant copy wizard, and functions for saving and restoring your data.
